Facilitated User Acceptance Testing

The Facilitated User Acceptance Testing (FUAT) process enables formal acceptance of new or changed systems. FUAT is independent from the development team and is essential for obtaining business sign-off on application development projects.

Testing professionals need to know how to guide and facilitate effective acceptance testing without usurping the user's primary role. By involving individuals and groups of users, the facilitated approach provides a sensible, staged implementation for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

While testing a system or a product's functionality, FUAT also validates user and business requirements and is suitable for iterative development processes.

Access Testing's independence allows us to partner with our clients to manage FUAT effectively and to ensure the projects reach completion and sign-off.
