Access Testing, Australia's leading independent software testing company has appointed Ron Davenport as General Manager, Canberra. The Canberra office is co-located with Access Testing’s parent company – Dialog Information Technology - one of Australia's leading technology services organisations.

Announcing the appointment, Tony Bailey, CEO of Access Testing said "We have been active in the Canberra market for a number of years and see considerable scope for independent testing services. There is also great potential for synergy between Dialog and Access Testing services."

"Over the next few months we’ll be looking for Test Managers, Senior Testers, Team Leaders and Test Analysts who are interested in both contract and permanent positions and who have experience across the full range testing disciplines."

Prior to joining Access Testing, Ron worked for the European Software Institute in Spain and the USA, where he opened their first overseas commercial office. He has over twenty-two years experience in senior management positions with private companies and industry organisations in Australia and Asia as well as fifteen years working for a number of Federal Government Departments in Canberra.

Dialog Information Technology is Australia’s leading privately owned IT services organisation with over 28 years experience and now employs over 600 people and is anticipating revenue in excess of $80 million this financial year.
